Returns

In the event that you change your mind or are unsatisfied about a purchase after delivery, please contact us within 30 days and we will be happy to give a complete refund less shipping costs. (Excludes cut-to-length or custom made cables). Please contact us and we will reply with instructions on return.

If you believe you have received an incorrect order, please contact us immediately. We may provide you with credit for the incorrect item to be returned.

Please note that uninsured Australia Post is available only as an economy option and hence does NOT include insurance of any kind. While it is extremely rare for items to become lost, we will not be held responsible in any way for lost goods which have not been insured.
